Kasshabog Cooks On Sale Now!

This winter saw the culmination of Kasshabog Cooks .. this only happens when individuals pull together! I wish to thank EVERYONE who contributed a recipe(s) as well as those who helped to urge neighbours and friends to contribute. Ideas and comments from many people were greatly appreciated.

LES MORRIS designed attractive loon shaped displays in pine to hold the cookbooks in store and MARTINA MARTIN graciously agreed to tole paint the loon shapes for us. Thank you for those finishing touches.

PENNY BARR designed our cover and captured the feelings and memories that many of us have of beautiful Lake Kasshabog. Our thanks to her for her creativity and her willingness to help out once again.

LYNN ELWOOD, busy lady, mom, wife and newsletter editor for organizing, typing and collating all text in the cookbook. She is to be praised for her attention to detail, her love of the project and the copious hours spent at her computer to produce Kasshabog Cooks.

Many, many thanks to DANNY FOLLETT for his help in finding printers and for binding our cookbook. Danny was ready to help in any way and because of his efforts we are able to contribute all monies from the sale of the book to the Community Hall/Library Fund.

Copies will be for sale ( $10.00) at Stoney Point Marina, the Library (during Library hours), the Township of H-B-M Offices (Oak St. & Hwy #7 Havelock), the Cheese Shop (Havelock), The Country Emporium (Oak St. Havelock), or at M 110 - Galbraith/Morris cottage (Bill's Bay).
